This website, yoloids.vip, is independently created and operated by Our Digi Tech Co. Ltd. We are committed to providing high-quality Access Control Cards, Identification Cards, and PVC Plastic Cards. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please follow the return process below.

Return & Exchange Conditions

lUnauthorized returns will not be accepted.

lItems must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

lAll products must be in original condition: unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

lProof of purchase is required.

lCustomers must use a traceable shipping method for returns or exchanges.

Non-returnable Items

lSale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

lDamaged or misused items by the customer are non-refundable.

General Return Process

1. Initiate a Return:
Email [email protected] with your order number and product photos/videos. We will assess your request within 3 business days.

2. Ship the Item:
Once approved, we’ll send return instructions and the shipping address. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Use tracked shipping with signature confirmation.

3. Refund or Exchange:
After we receive and inspect the return (within 3–5 business days), we will issue a refund or replacement based on your preference.

Return Charges

lIf the return is due to an error by yoloids.vip, we will cover all costs and issue a full refund.

lIf due to buyer error (e.g., wrong item ordered), the buyer bears return shipping costs.

lNo restocking fees apply.

Refunds

lOnce approved, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days to the original payment method.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

lOrders can be canceled if requested before shipping. Full refunds will be issued.

lOrders cannot be canceled after the parcel has been shipped.
